The Grand Tea Room in downtown Escondido and the 413 Repertory Theater group is excited to kick off their 2023-2024 dinner theater season with the classic novel "Great Expectations" by Charles Dickens. The production will feature a full cast of professional San Diego actors, beautiful period costumes and an immersive dining experience with a full themed high tea. Almost all of the animal figures are original from 1910, as are the hand-painted murals on the center panels, the outer rounding boards, the military band organ, the motor, and the famous brass ring game.
