Moonlight Youth Theatre welcomes back Austyn Myers, the director of Finding Nemo, to teach an accelerated version of the beloved Acting the Song class at Moonlight Studios. Designed for experienced students, this session guides performers through the art of blending storytelling and song to create authentic, emotionally rich performances. Participants will strengthen their connection to both music and character as they prepare for a final recital of solo performances for friends and family. Moonlight Youth Theatre introduces the MYT Ensemble, a brand new conservatory opportunity made possible through generous donor support. This program is completely free for accepted students and offers a chance to perform in Jingle Terrace Live this December. To apply, students are invited to submit a short video singing a favorite song to jeffrey@moonlightfoundation.com.
