Peter Rabbit Roulette April 12 – May 17, 2025 Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM Tuition: $299 Playful Ensemble Performance Classes for Ages 4-8: Students learn & play theatrical games and develop basic theatre skills while exploring the process of performing. These “Broadway Babies” classes are our introduction to the world of theatre. Each class runs as a mini-rehearsal as students and teachers create the material for performance. Emphasis is on building an ensemble-based showcase performance to be presented to friends and family on the final day of class.

Oz Behind the Curtain

Oz Behind the Curtain February 23 – March 30, 2025 Sundays, 10:00AM – 12:00PM Tuition: $299 Kids Studio Performance Classes for Ages 8-12: These small-scale performance classes offer students an introduction to developing character and rehearsing a play once a week for six weeks. A short performance during the final class period in our studio/classroom space will be presented for friends and family. The focus is on actor training, not on spectacle. All students are guaranteed a role, but space is limited.

Kokedama is a traditional Japanese Living Art form where moss is used as a container for a plant. In this interesting and hands-on workshop, you will learn the skills behind Kokedama. Fee includes all of the supplies needed to make Kokedama for the class, including moss, soils, and all other materials needed. Please bring your own apron and gloves.

Workshop participants receive:

* Full questions and answers from an expert, about this Japanese art form “Kokedama”.

* All of the supplies needed to make your unique Kokedama.

* A unique, fun-to-make Kokedama that you can take home and enjoy, or give as a wonderful living gift.

SDBG follows local safety and health guidelines, and supports staff and visitors who choose to wear masks as they prefer.

Cost: SDBG Members $20, Non-members $24 Class fees include Garden admission.

***Additional $35 materials fee paid to the instructor at class.
