The Fleet Science Center in Balboa Park offers half-day and weekly Summer STEM Camps for kids June 12-Aug. 16. Hands-on science themes for kids in grades Pre-K-K include Space Explorer, Junior Paleontologist and Sensational Senses. Students in Grades 1-3 can choose Bugs, Rocks and the Wild; Energy ad Forces, Science of Magic and Superheroes; STEM-tastic Camp and other topics. Students in Grades 4-6 can participate in fun themes like Maker Camp, Magic for Muggles; Cool Chemistry and more.
