Owner Dana McCullough, a retired public school educator, discovered her passion for sculpture many years ago and eventually became a dedicated student at this very studio under accomplished sculptor Lynn Forbes. When Lynn and her husband decided to retire and move to Italy, McCullough embraced the opportunity to continue the legacy and took the reins in 2021. She now combines her love of teaching with creating fine art.

Today, Lieu de Sculpture thrives as a peaceful and inspiring haven where beginners and experienced artists alike receive personalized instruction rooted in classical technique and the Greek canon. Each student works on his or her chosen sculptural project with professional tools, instructor feedback, occasional live model workshops, and a flexible schedule designed to support creativity at every skill level.
