Celebrate the Circle of Life at the Toro Nagashi Festival at the Japanese Friendship Garden Enjoy the Japanese custom Toro Nagashi, the floating lantern celebration, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Aug. 11-12. The Japanese Friendship Garden will have various performances in addition to merchant booths for guests to enjoy.
