The Fleet Science Center in Balboa Park offers weekly Summer Camps for kids in grades Pre-K through 8, with half-day summer camps new in 2022. The camps run June 20- Aug. 19. Hands-on science themes for kids in grades Pre-K-3 include Big Blue Ocean, Chemistry in the Kitchen and Gross & Gooey Science. Students in grades 4–8 can participate in fun topics like Maker/CSI Camp, Chemistry with a Bang/Astronaut Camp, Cool Chemistry / Movie Magic and Women Scientists in Action.
