Every year, the Ramona Chamber of Commerce presents “Merchants Safe Trick-or-Treat" where Main Street businesses open their doors to hand out candy and other goodies to participating children. Dress up with your children, family, and friends for this most spook-tacular Halloween event! Be sure to visit participating businesses on Main Street as they hand out candy and goodies from 4-6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 31!

Every year, the Ramona Chamber of Commerce hosts the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting on the first Saturday in December — this year from 5-9 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2 The Chamber is also encouraging everyone to shop local by offering a $2,500 Ramona Shopping Spree to a local winner. Anyone who turns in receipts from local businesses or services during the period November 24, 2023 through January 5, 2024 will receive one drawing entry for every $100 in receipts turned in to the Chamber. Balboa Park December Nights, San Diego’s favorite kick-off to the holiday season, is back! The beloved event, produced by the City of San Diego, runs from 3-11 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2 and from 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3. Enjoy sparkling lights; multi-cultural music and dance performances; carolers, bell-ringers, choirs and bands; and food throughout the park. Ramona’s 30th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting will be held Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 5-9 p.m. in Old Town Ramona between 6th and 8th Streets. The lighting takes place at 7 p.m. at Guy B. Woodward Museum. It will be a night filled with fun free activities! This is for all ages and everyone is welcome!
