Get ready to have fun in this Zumba class – designed to keep your body moving, your muscles conditioned and your heart pumping. Improve your endurance, balance and flexibility in this class, which can be taken by day or for a whole month. Mondays and Wednesdays are Zumba toning days, exercise mat and weights up to 2.5 pounds are recommended.
