Shop, Dine and Enjoy Live Entertainment at Fiesta de Reyes in Old Town!
May 12
Discover shops and restaurants inspired by 19th-century pueblo life at Fiesta de Reyes in Old Town San Diego State Historic Park. Friendly shopkeepers host a collection of boutiques around a flower-filled square resembling Old Town in the 1850s. Visit Fiesta Cocina for festive kitchenware, Temecula Olive Oil for local olive oils and artisan foods, and The Crazy Pepper for gourmet hot sauces. The Tile Shop carries hand-painted Mexican tiles and Geppetto’s specializes in classic toys and games. Sample local wines and microbrews at Rose’s Tasting Room, unique jerky and soda flavors at Old Town Jerky and Root Beer, try cinnamon-glazed almonds and more at Old Town Roasted Nuts or savor locally made chocolate and drinks at Nibble Chocolate. Admire the hand-hammered copper artwork at del Cobre, shop South American imports at Sol y Quito, pick up an imported planter or wind chime at La Flor de Mexico, take home a Mexican souvenir at Tienda de Reyes, Old Town Gift Co., or handmade item at Javier’s Handcrafts or Treasures of Mexico. Be sure to stop into the new Castillo de Plata for unique handmade silver items. Cap off the day with Mexican fare at Casa de Reyes or Barra Barra Saloon, or spend the evening on a fascinating Old Town Most Haunted ghost tour. Live entertainment on the Fiesta de Reyes stage is featured daily. Fiesta de Reyes is open from 10 a.m.–9 p.m. daily.
