Roasted Green Shell Mussels

with garlic herb butter, sundries tomato crostini.

Berkshire Pork Tenderloin

with Okinawa sweet potato purée, asparagus.

Thai Curry Jidori Chicken

basmati rice, broccolini, bok choy, eggplant in a yellow curry sauce.

Miso-Ginger Shrimp Salad

grilled jumbo shrimp, red oak lettuce, frisée, toasted almonds, carrots, avocado and a miso-ginger vinaigrette.
