The pupusas are thick, round corn cakes cooked on a hot griddle stuffed with fillings like beans, cheese, pork, zucchini, shrimp, and loroco. Pupusas are typically accompanied by curtido (a spicy cabbage slaw) and tomato salsa. Choose from a range of these handmade treats as an appetizer or enjoy as a main course. Those with adventurous appetites are invited to try the Pupusa Loca: a large 10 inches in diameter pupusa with all the ingredients — almost a pound of toppings and cheese!
