Girl Scouts promise to make the world a better place. Through opportunities to explore unique interests and develop critical leadership skills, 23,000 local girls pursue paths that build their confidence and character, improve their communities, and create a better future for themselves and others. Girl Scouts San Diego’s dynamic programs are more critical than ever. During this difficult time, we are determined to continue pursuing our important mission through the Power Her Promise campaign. We are using this time to build resiliency, understanding, and courage in the next generation of leaders. More than 45 percent of Girl Scouts in our community live in households that struggle with economic security. This organization provides a path to a better tomorrow regardless of a family’s ability to pay—thanks to donors like you.
