Yoga with Cats On Mats at The Cat Café in Downtown San Diego!

Enjoy a soothing Hatha flow yoga session with the playful cats at The Cat Café every third Thursday of the month. Instructor Laura McIntire leads participants in a practice suitable for all experience levels. The cats roam around as you practice, and they might decide to join you on the mat or climb on your lap. Afterward, you get the chance to interact with the adoptable cats. A full espresso bar is available after class, as well as tea, other drinks, and snacks.
