Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Welcomes Everyone to Kewet!
November 1

The Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians welcomes everyone to Kewet, a time to gather, share traditions, and celebrate together. See highlights from last year’s Native American Learning Day and Market and RSVP here for this year’s gathering on Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025. While in Palm Springs, visit the dazzling Agua Caliente Cultural Plaza, where the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians celebrates its hot spring at The Spa at Séc-he and its history and culture at the Agua Caliente Cultural Museum. The Plaza includes outdoor activity spaces including a Gathering Plaza adjacent to the Agua Caliente Hot Mineral Spring, originally known as Séc-he (the sound of boiling water), which serves as a commemorative focal point for the Cultural Plaza. Here, tribal members and visitors can celebrate community and history as well as pay respect to the life-giving waters that helped shape the Palm Springs region. Visitors can readily access the Gathering Plaza along landscaped terraces and pathways. Learn more about the Agua Caliente Cultural Plaza here.
