The Cork & Craft

Please your palate at The Cork & Craft, an Abnormal Company and San Diego’s only restaurant, winery and brewery in one. This Rancho Bernardo venue boasts 41 taps and an extensive wine list, inviting guests to sample some of the best beer and wine from around the world.

Food is focused on serving refined plates in a casual environment. With a passion for food, wine and beer (in no particular order), the restaurant’s proprietors decided to master all three and create an innovative forum to satisfy a wide gamut of taste buds. They created an open atmosphere so guests could see all of the behind-the-scenes action from the comfort of the dining room.

The culinary team is top-notch, led by Executive Chef Scott Cannon, who continues to elevate The Cork & Craft even further with his expressive dishes focused on fresh and local ingredients. His philosophy is creating elevated, yet approachable dishes sourced from farmers markers and responsible purveyors. These refined dishes are enjoyed in a casual atmosphere that lends itself well to any occasion.

Menu items range from delicious starters like artisan Mac and Cheese and BBQ Pork Spare Ribs to main entrées like ‘New England’ Seafood Fettuccine, Seared Scallops and Filet Mignon. The Cork & Craft offers options from small and intimate dinners in its library, social receptions with drinks and appetizers on a semi-private patio, to fully customized multiple coursed beer and wine pairing dinners in the beautifully appointed dining room. Offering lunch, dinner, Sunday Brunch and Happy Hour.  Closed Mondays. The Cork & Craft is conveniently located just west of Interstate 15 off  Rancho Bernardo Road at 16990 Via Tazon in San Diego.
