Many ingredients at Meritage come from the restaurant’s onsite greenhouse and garden. The menu’s emphasis is on small-plate fare, creative sandwiches and artfully crafted entrées. Don’t miss the bountiful brunch from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. every Sunday. Pair any dish with a glass of sparkling wine for a palate-pleasing combination. Naturally, Callaway makes for the perfect backdrop for weddings and special occasions, and the winery considers it a pleasure to help you create precious memories. Settings for weddings and special events include the Vu deck, Barrel Room, courtyard and west lawn. Appointments are required to tour the wedding and special event facilities.
